Marking as Incomplete and awaiting feedback on Jaunty. Since this is
very specific to certain peripherals/hubs it is also important to know
if this is specific to Ubuntu kernel or mainline.

Toward this end, would you be able to test with vanilla upstream kernel
builds from http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ ?
