Dear Jeff and Barrett,
The ath9k performance problem has been fixed in the latest Intrepid updates. Now the problem comes from stability, please check out the related bug : https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/333730

We need to change its state from "incomplete" to "confirmed".
