[Bug 264703] [NEW] wishlist: enable Ext4 FS in 2.6.27 series

Public bug reported:

I just noticed that ext4 is disabled in the current 2.6.27-2-generic
kernel. Enabling it would allow advanced users to experiment with this
new filesystem on an otherwise stable platform (Ubuntu 8.10). (Of
course, the Installer should not offer it to avoid usage by novice
users).
