[Bug 290879] [NEW] Logitech Vx Revolution is detected as Logitech Mx620

Public bug reported:

I's using Intrepid Ibex RC and my Logitech Vx Revolution is being
detected as a Logitech Mx620 and stoped working as soon as this
happened.

I've done a new install and upgraded to the most recent packages. It
didn't work with the base install aswell.

I'm not sure the bug is kernel or Xorg related. I have installed
xserver-xorg-input-all and xserver-xorg-input-evdev as suggested in some
bug reports found in Launchpad.

I'm attaching the outputs of lspci, lsusb, dmesg, uname, version
signature and also Xorg.log.
