I'm sorry, but just no. You clearly didn't think that through: if they
are affected by this issue then they won't be able to get the updated
kernel, surely you thought of this? The whole point of the release
candidate stage is to catch critical bugs and this bug /is/ critical as
you are prevented from updating your installation and so cannot EVER be
free of the bug short of downloading the packages to USB. Please correct
me if I'm wrong...
