Well, it is working much better. Touchpad was working fine.
But during testing I've got twice out of connection. NetworkManager is looking like properly connected but I can't reach (ping) any public host.
/var/log/messages:

One and only help is to remove and plug ndiswrapper again:
sudo modprobe -r ndiswrapper
sudo modprobe ndiswrapper

Can someone confirm this?
