[Bug 284411] [NEW] Ubuntu 8.10 fails to resume after suspend

Set Power Management to suspend on the pressing of Suspend Button.  Put
PC into suspend mode, when it comes back from suspend monitor shows
there's not signal from video card.

I'm running 8.10 with all of the updates and the Nvidia binary driver
(177).  You can push any button after suspend resumes, move mouse, etc
nothing comes up.  I have not tried ctrl+alt+del yet to restart 'X'
server, but that should not be required as new/novice users would be
unlike to know of that trick.
