I connect to WPA2 without problem. It needs an incredible amount of
time, when it connects. One just needs to be patient.

Could you send us the relevant part of /var/log/messages ?

I mean :

Open a shell,
type 'tail -f /var/log/messages' .
Try to connect.
When it fails, send what has appeared in the shell.
To quit 'tail -f', it's CTRL+c.
