[Bug 277554] [NEW] Hibernate to disk does not power off

Hi,

I just installed Ubuntu 8.04 on a Samsung R65 Laptop. Hibernate to ram
works fine. However when hibernating to disk the machine does not switch
off. After manually switching of and booting again, the session before
hibernating is resumed. So hibernating to disk generally works, the
computer just doesn't switch off.

Any help is appreciated. I attached the syslog from hibernating and
resuming.
