Hello!

I see that status for Ubuntu and this bug is "Fix released", but I see
that users still experience this bug in Intrepid. Killing users hard
drives is serious stuff, and this should be refixed and rereleased,
right? This seems to be the issue for Thinkpad T61 as well. Users are
going away from Ubuntu over this issue. Should status be changed until
final fix is released?
