[Bug 235459] [NEW] USB to serial adapter HL-340 doesn't work

Public bug reported:

This serial adapter is supposed to be supported by module ch341 in
kernel > 2.6.23 but it doesn't work in hardy. No module is loaded and no
/dev/ttyUSB* is created.
