For me the device ID is as described:
Bus 005 Device 003: ID 05ac:0230

seaward, which macbook model are you using?

This bug affects all new macbook pro models. It is imperative that it
gets fixed as it prevents the user from adjusting/accessing screen
brightness, volume, media controls, delete, PgUp, and PgDn.
