[Bug 222267] Re: tooltip hides Gnome desktop's bottom panel in Hardy

The screenshot was to make sure if you were speaking about the tooltips
or about notifications bubble which can have similar issues, and no it's
not possible to speed the upstream bug, the gnome-panel has lot of bugs
and this one is only a small cosmetic detail so it's not an hurry and
the upstream hackers are really busy and working on this mainly in their
free time so they hack on what they want and are not to be told what to
do or not
