Uploaded an initramfs-tools that doesn't call modprobe with -b (which
honors blacklists, when it shouldn't). Need to fix the kernel build so
that vesafb.ko gets copied to /lib/modules/`uname -r`/initrd/ in order
for it to be included in the initramfs. Bug is only partially fixed
right now.
