[Bug 199507] [NEW] trying to suspend results in a kernel panic

Public bug reported:

Running Ubuntu Hardy on Lenovo Thinkpad R61i has problems with suspend
to RAM:

Suspend works fine, except 5% of the cases when it does not suspends but
results in a kernel panic.

Code: Bad EIP value.
EIP: [<00000000>] 0x0 SS:ESP 0068:d1d89de4

Now I had it with kernel 2.6.24-11-generic, last time it was with
2.6.24-8-generic.

I attach an image of the kernel output.
