Try the procedure described in my comment here, to put autosuspend in the boot procedure:

Sometimes not all devices seem to recover properly after turning off autosuspend.

I suspect we could divide this bug in two....

A. A bug where autosuspend disable fixes problems.

B. A bug where autosuspend disable has no effect whatsoever.
