[Bug 241025] [NEW] apt-get upgrade failed

Public bug reported:

I ran apt-get upgrade and update-initramfs failed. It turns out my boot
partition only had 2.5MB left. Oops! I guess the bug here is that now
I have packages that are installed but not configured. That's something
I can fix, but my dad would be lost if it were his computer.
