[Bug 131265] Re: core2 duo speed incorrectly reported in /proc/cpuinfo

The cpu MHz line correctly shows the current speed of the particular
cpu, not the maximum which is shown in the model name. Due to the fact,
that this is not incorrect behaviour, I will close this report. Please
feel free to re-open with the reason why if you believe that this report
should not be closed.
