[Bug 27421] Re: Logitech RX300 mouse extra-buttons without kernel events

Confirming this bug on 2.6.22-14-generic as well.  Same output from
evtest as described above by Ignacio Lago Fontán.  Suggested fix by
Grzegorz Orciuch   doesn't work, xev still fails to see left and right
side wheel clicks.
