[Bug 41746] Re: dapper kernel fails to do smp on pentium-d viiv

Triaged to Confirmed.  Gutsy install works with Pentium D, since I have
one and the proper SMP kernel gets loaded.  Dapper may still have
problem with automatically detecting SMP.  I haven't had a chance to
load 6.06.2 to test.
