i have the same error on a fujitsu siemens XA 1526.

after grub i can see:

PCI: failed to allocate mem resource #6:20000 at .0000000....
PCI: BIOS BUG #81[00000000] found....

then the usplash starts.
i cant see anything in the logs tho, only after grub booting.
