Ok, GOOD NEWS!
This error WAS FIXED IN KERNEL 2.6.28 (FINAL VERSION).
Now "Ubuntu Kernel" Team must do a update to "Intrepid" and "Jaunty" to
fix this and more errors.
Thanks to all people that help the community to found the fix.
---
I just make/compile a "default configuration" kernel 2.6.28; And I don't need to use "hpet=disable", "acpi=noirq", or "hold a key down" to boot properly.
