I have the same problem and some problems with built-in device of my
laptop Aspire 5602    4.024114] usb

usb 2-2: device not accepting address 2, error -71
usb 5-6: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 3
usb 5-6: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
usb 5-6: USB disconnect, address 3
usb 5-6: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 4
usb 3-2: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and address 2
usb 3-2: device descriptor read/64, error -71
