[Bug 231534] Re: Hardy x64 on AMD Turion not CPU scaling properly

Same problem here on a 64bit hardy install with an AMD Sempron processor
(family 15).

If nobody has checked yet, I'll probably try doing a 32bit install and
see if that kernel's module recognizes the hardware properly (I get the
feeling it does, else there'd probably be more bug reports, but that's
just a guess).
