Confirming the same bug on my Lenovo 3000 C200 with the microcode error.
I have Hardy RC installed, with the latest updates (22th April, 5:43AM, GMT+2).
Here is my uname -a:
Linux alex-laptop 2.6.24-16-generic #1 SMP Thu Apr 10 12:47:45 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux
