Kumid - care to open a new bug report.  I think you may be experiencing
a slightly different bug as you metnioned you have issues with upgrading
which is likely related to the boot issues you are experiencing.

Anton - it seems you narrowed down your issue to the video card?  Did
you end up removing the card?  If so, did you see any improvements?
