I'm not looking to get in deep with this driver; it sounded like
incorporating the PCI enforcement would be quick and easy to do.  Since
it seems some are not in consensus with doing that, I'll cease my
efforts.  If someone else comes up with a better patch, I'd be happy to
review/upload though.
