I got the same result with kernel 2.6.22 when running Ubuntu 7.04 i386
server, fully patched on a HP DL 380 G3

I haven't any more kernel panic since I changed in BIOS in Operating
systems meny from Windows 2000/Windows 2003 to Linux

It's still not stable, something is wrong with my machine and "stress"
can't run for many seconds before exit with errors
