[Bug 151565] Re: linux kernel: [ 4909.813152] Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000018 RIP: (ndiswrapper/iwconfig)

I'd like to confirm this bug.

My setup is similar: amd64, BCM4318, Gutsy, ndiswrapper and kernel
2.6.22-14-generic.

Basically, the network connection is suddenly lost and then some
programs cannot be started (e.g. firefox, thunderbird). Any attempt to
reboot or halt hangs while bringing down the network interfaces. In my
case, even ctrl-alt-delete doesn't work and I have to hard-reboot it.
This happened sometimes after two or three days of uptime, and sometimes
after just 30 minutes.

The interesting part of my dmesg is attached.
