This fix did not make it into Gutsy gold, but will be included in any
future kernel update for Gutsy, which is where it would be needed (and
executed) anyhow.  DKMS 2.0.17.4-0ubuntu2 in gutsy/universe is not
affected by it as it does not use the broken hooks anymore, so that's
good.
