I'd like to note that with the ACX driver, wireless connectivity hangs
every 20 hours or so. Then I have to unload the ACX module, wait for 30
seconds and reload it. Using ndiswrapper I can do torrenting 24/7.

Also I found the problem. Ndiswrapper kept trying to connect to my
network using restricted key mode. My network uses open authentication.
I solved the problem by changing this in my /etc/network/interfaces:

wireless-key s:<key>

to

wireless-key open s:<key>
