[Bug 34902] ralink driver rt73 does not connect to routers

Using Athero RT73 usb wireless, wireless assistant shows the routers,
but the link quality stars are grayed out so it cannot connect to the
routers.  This has been the same on all versions of Feisty both 386 and
64.  It shows everything with iwconfig, but no connection, hopefully
this will be fixed soon
