[Bug 55672] Poor error message when hibernate fails due to small swap

Public bug reported:

If you try to suspend2disk with an unusually small swap space (280mb for
me) Ubuntu will attempt to suspend2disk, fail, then come back to life,
with some jargon including the following message appearing in the error
console for about 2 seconds:

"not enough free swap"

This should be changed to a more meaningful error message when Ubuntu
returns, indicating that the swap memory partition is too small for the
information to be stored, and suggesting how it might be enlarged.

Not sure if this comes under powermanagement or hal, or what.

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.15 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
