[Bug 57908] Input system crazy after suspend

Public bug reported:

On an ACER TravelMate 290 the touchpad is working just fine out of the box (Kubuntu 6.06).
Suspend works fine. When avakened from suspend the touchpad goes crazy
When trying to move the mouse cursor it jumps all over the place doing random left and right clicks.
If an external USB mouse is attached it works ok before and after suspend

Also after avakening from suspend the keyboard randomly doesnt react to
a keypress and sometimes a key gets "virtually stuck".
