[Bug 45208] snd_nm256 hangs-up system

Sometimes (randomly, sometimes it works ok) snd_nm256 module hangs system during boot at "Loading hardware drivers" in Dapper and "Hot-plugging..." in Breezy. 
It's very annoying and make ubuntu useless on Dell's laptops

What is more, there are no records of any dysfunctions in all system
logs, system just crushes. I disabled hot-plugging and manually
modprobed all needed modules, one by one, founding that this one is
guilty.
