I figured out how to resolve this issue.  Upgrading the BIOS to the
newest version fixed it.

By the way, this bug was in here for almost a week without anybody even
looking at it.  Perhaps this place should not spend so much time on so
called "bugs" title "Microsoft has a server market share".
