[Bug 129332] System hard locked trying to view my webcam twice

I'm not sure if this is a duplicate of #23462 or not, but that was
marked Fix Released, so I'm opening a new bug.  I recently discovered
that there is an old web cam in my house, and so I hooked it up and it
works (via Camorama).  So I decided to try out Ekidiga and it kind of
locked up trying (I think) to open my webcam.  To make sure the machine
could still access the webcam, I opened Camorama, and my system hard
locked.
