[Bug 77897] /usr/src/linux symlink missing

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-source

On Edgy, with a default kernel and its source installed, there is no symlink:
    /usr/src/linux -> linux-source-2.6.17

This causes compilation of 3rd party packages to fail. It's trivial to fix, but there are quite a lot of programs that expect /usr/src/linux to exist, and to
point to the current default kernel.

** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
