[Bug 86520] webcam doesn't work anymore

Public bug reported:

i've a webcam that's using "sn9c102" module

i've been using it on dapper, edgy and on my updated to feisty from
edgy.

now i've installed herd4 CD for clean install, this module is loaded,
but the webcam is not working anymore, neither in kopete (not found),
nor in amsn (the webcam is found  but the channel seems to be
incorrect).
