[Bug 86043] pls include tp_smapi into linux-restricted-modules

IBM/Lenovo laptops include a generic hardware interface which can be
addressed and used for several hardware managing purposes after a gpl'ed
kernel module has been loaded: tp_smapi.ko

I'd really appreciate if you included this module into the linux-generic
or linux-restricted-modules packages and also patched the hdaps module
according to the instructions on the page given above so that these two
modules don't interfer with each other.
