On a Toshiba A105-S2101, I get this warning as well:
[17179571.292000] PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 7 of bridge 0000:00:06.0
[17179571.292000] PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 8 of bridge 0000:00:06.0
[17179571.292000] PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 7 of bridge 0000:00:07.0
[17179571.292000] PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 8 of bridge 0000:00:07.0

It does not seem to cause any problems, it just doesn't look good when
booting up.  This warning has been present in Dapper, Edgy, and Feisty.
