[Bug 178120] After each ubunu ugrade which requires restart, Windows Boot option is removed from Menu.lst

I Changed MENU.LST to have WINDOWS as default boot option.
After each update which requires restart, The WINDOWS boot option is completely removed from MENU.LST, and I need to restore it from backup.
