[Bug 106110] Re: Kernel 2.6.20-14-generic faild to boot

Just to confirm jokx's report, the latest kernel update, 2.6.20-14-generic, fails
to boot on my Toshiba Satellite laptop [A100-SK4 (PSAA8C-SK400E)]. After
the Ubuntu logo boot progress bar makes just the barest appearence _ a thin,
vertical, coloured stripe at its extreme left edge _ it sits there for at least a
couple of minutes before switching to this text screen:

As with jokx's report, the previous kernel 2.6.20-12-generic works just
fine.
