[Bug 102393] wpa issues in ndiwrapper

Public bug reported:

I am using ndiswrapper 1.38 with Feisty 7.04.  Using a Belkin pcmcia wireless card with a rt2500 chip and driver.  
<ndiwrapper -l> shows the driver and hardware present

I can connect on an open network, but not using encryption
