[Bug 69116] Kernel panik

Public bug reported:

I've load from two differend Sever the ISO for Desktop , I've burned the ISOs
and the I tray to start the new version . I t starts normal , but at The point I hit the 
return key for installation the screen changes ant a lot of nummbers apperars and the senteces Kernel panik tray to atemt to kill init.
At my sons Laptop the new version starts nomal but very slow it taks more than 30 min. and than when I say Install the live version goes frozzen and nothing can be done.
pl let me kow whats happen , This bugs I only know from SUSE Linux and Red Hat.
I working since Ubuntu 5.10 and 6.06 LTS and everythig works fine als at my sons Laptop.I've started the upgrade version hope all will be done correctly .
