I don't know if I've said this yet, but on my MSI motherboard, the problem affected me in Dapper, but it was fixed by edgy. But as of an upadate about 2 weeks ago, i've got the problem back. -- Power down after shutdown does not work... https://launchpad.net/bugs/43961
