I would like to follow up on this and say that the module is not loaded
properly after EVERY boot. Previously (in Dapper?), this was not the
case. Sometimes it would load correctly, and sometimes it would not.

This problem is probably caused by the newer boot sequence. This module
may need to be loaded at a later stage for it to work.
