[Bug 65192] USB mouse with hp laptop pavilion zv5000

Public bug reported:

I have an optical usb mouse. I can't use it if I don't plug it on my hub
usb.

If I plug it directly on my laptop, the light is off.
On the usb hub, the light is on and the mouse is OK.
