[Bug 55308] bcm43xx driver: activation button light always on

Public bug reported:

Using Kubuntu Dapper on a Compaq laptop V2610 CA with a Broadcom 4318
internal card and wheter using  Knetworkmanager, Wireless assistant or
othe wireless network manager with the bcm43xx module, the blue
activation button light is always on when the module is loaded, even If
I press the button and then cut the connection.  With ndiswrapper, if I
press the button, the connection the connection is cut and the light
turns off.
