[Bug 63709] 5.25" USB external enclosure cannot detect in ubuntu.

Public bug reported:

i have a 5.25 inch USB external enclosure, i tried it into Ubuntu OS.
But ubuntu cannot detected my external enclosure. As further information
i inserted DVDRW Samsung into my external enclosure. But when i tried my
2.5" HD, it can detected and working.
